Turtles produce organic waste in a variety of ways; as they grow, they continuously shed parts of their shell as well as skin. During feeding, they rip and tear at food with their nails and produce copious quantities of waste. This is tough on filters and easily surpasses existing biological flora capacities within their habitat unless Exo Terra Turtle Clean is employed. Exo Terra Turtle Clean will establish the right beneficial biological flora to ensure significant organic waste breakdown occurs when used at the recommended weekly dose.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Shake well before using. 5 mL per 38 L / 10 US gal of water. Use this dose at initial set-up and as a weekly treatment.
Exo Terra Turtle Clean is essential to provide your turtle with clean water conditions, but equally important is the use of a water conditioner to detoxify tap water before using it for your pet turtle.Exo Terra Aquatize(PT1979) effectively removes Chlorines & Chloramines, neutralizes heavy metals and adds essential oils to promote shedding in turtles and maintain scales and skin tissue in optimal health.
Delivery Terms & Conditions
Free standard delivery is only available on online orders of£50 or more spent in a single transaction and applies to UK deliveries only. This option must be selected at the checkout for the order to qualify for free delivery.
If items from an order eligible for free delivery are returned resulting in the value of the goods kept falling below the free delivery threshold of£50 the value of the returned goods will be refunded minus the cost of standard postage and packaging.
Lincs Aquatics reserve the right to discontinue a free delivery promotion at any time without prior notice and/or to change the amount required for eligibility.
Please also note that the free delivery threshold is determined by the final basket value after any promotional code has been deducted.
Allin stock orders placed before 12pm will aimed to be shipped the same working day excluding pallet deliveries & unless otherwise stated.
If your order contains an item that is out of stock or an item that needs to be ordered in for you, we will always aim to ship your order as soon as we get it in stock! We will always try to contact you if we do encounter any issues with stock for this reason your we will contact you via telephone or email to discuss.
Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified via email. Following on from this you will receive a further email providing you with your tracking details.
Pallet delivery cover all big and bulky items, for example fish tanks.If you are unsure if your item will be on a pallet email us or call us for clarification.
Please be aware thatALL PALLET deliveries will be a curbside drop. If the items you have ordered as large or heavy we would advise that you have someone one hand to help you into the house with your goods.
All pallet delivery's will receive a call or email from one of our team, confirming delivery date. Some items may take longer to be dispatched than expected, but this will be discussed with you over the phone or in email.
If your postcode starts with IM, GY, JE, PO, TR, BT, IV, HS, ZE, AB, KA, KW, PA & PH there is additional fees for shipping any pallet deliveries. This is a fixed rate. You will need to manually add this at the checkout.
We cannot accept claims for damages once you have inspected, taken delivery & signed for your glass aquarium. It is therefore essential that you are satisfied that your aquarium is in good condition at the time you take delivery. If the aquarium is damaged you should contact us immediately. We will assess the damage and either arrange for replacement parts or a replacement goods. If we are notified after 48 hours of the aquarium being delivered then we will be unable to replace it.
Please note, next day shipping is next working day. For Example: If you place your order on Friday, your order will be processed on the Monday and you will get it on the Tuesday. Standard delivery means you would receive the order on the Wednesday.
