How do I return an unwanted item?
We recommend returning an unwanted item with a trackable service, so you can track the process of your return. Please pack it well, as any damages will have to be claimed with your courier. We will be more than happy to provide images to help you with your claim. Please also fill out a copy of our returns form before sending it off.
How long do I have to return an item?
We have a 60 days returns policy, this means you can return an item if it hasn’t been used and is in a completely resalable condition. You will need to pay for the postage and packaging of the return.
What cant I return?
We do not accept items that are perishable items such, customer cut-to-size pond liners, pipework, live plants or spare parts.
How long will my return take?
Typically, we aim to complete a return from the moment we receive your product to finish within 14 days, though sometimes this can take a little longer. You will get an email or a call confirming that we have dealt with your return.
My item is faulty, can I return it?
In short, Yes. But we have a few steps that you need to take before we can accept the return of the item:
Please contact the store as soon as possible, ideally between office hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm where we can troubleshoot the issue or confirm of any issues of the product that has been flagged up. Once spoken with our team, if they have confirmed a return please fill out the returns form and add as much information as possible. Send it off to us to our address Lincs Aquatics Strubby Airfield, Woodthorpe, Alford LN13 0DD, or drop it into one of our stores. Our team will check over the product and then contact you with the outcome.
We require all returns to have completed returns form if you send your item without it could take longer for us to process your items. We do require you to add as much information as possible, for example, the pump is making a loud banging noise when it is switched on.
