Fault/Guarantee Policy -

 

How long do I have to return a faulty item? 

If the item that you purchased has a guarantee in the description then this is the amount of time you have to return the faulty item usually this is between 3-5 years with electrical items, however some guarantees are shorter. If there is no guarantee in the description then the item is not covered under this policy.

 

How long will my return take?

We aim to complete the returns process in the quickest way possible this is usually 7 days, though sometimes this can take a little longer. You will get an email or a call confirming that we have dealt with your return. 

My item is faulty, can I return it? 

In short, Yes. But we have a few steps that you need to take before we can accept the return of the item:
Please contact the store as soon as possible, ideally between office hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm where we can troubleshoot the issue or confirm of any issues of the product that has been flagged up. Once spoken with our team, if they have confirmed the return please fill out the returns form and add as much information as possible. Send it off to us to our address Lincs Aquatics Strubby Airfield, Woodthorpe, Alford LN13 0DD, or drop it into one of our stores. Our team will check over the product and then contact you with the outcome. 

Returns form

We require all returns to have completed returns form if you send your item without it could take longer for us to process your items. We do require you to add as much information as possible, for example, the pump is making a loud banging noise when it is switched on.
